Our 5th time renting this unique property, so yes, we love it. No better view from all of the upper floor bedrooms, living room, dining room, and kitchen. Beautiful Cypress Point Location

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Cypress Point home. The home with 5 bedrooms was perfect for our group of 9 adults. The home was very clean and had all the amenities including a well equipped kitchen. The home is situated about halfway... more between the Lodge at Pebble Beach and Spanish Bay. We were able to access the restaurants in the area with ease. The views from the home are spectacular. Debra Ryll, our property manager, was very helpful in answering my many questions. I had no problem contacting her on several occasions. Overall, it was one of the best family group gatherings we have ever had and would not hesitate to rent this home again. Peaceful oasis

This was our third visit to this property and it never disappoints! Spacious, mid-century modern, exquisitely kept house. Full ocean views from living room, kitchen, dining, & three bedrooms

This house is a gem. A very large gem. Designed so that every first floor room--main bedroom, two other bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen have breathtaking views of the ocean, which is close enough to hear. The integrity of its minimalist yet generous... more design has been superbly preserved and/or restored by the owners who clearly love the house's family history. It doesn't mention it in the information but it would qualify for disabled access (except for shower grabs). The "trophy" room is mystifying until one spends time in it at which point, the echoes of parties, golfing, and family quietly announce themselves. For those who aren't as crazy about ocean watching as i, there is a television in each room, including the kitchen, and even the flatscreen TV in the living room has been concealed with wooden sliders that echo the architect's smaller themes in the house. In the midst of COVID and chemotherapy, this house, its ambience, and its proximity to the ocean renewed my soul and body. less

Fantastic vacation rental

Our third stay at this wonderful house for our golf vacation. We usually book two nights at the Inn at Spanish Bay so we can obtain tee times, then book this house for the rest of the week so we can enjoy a relaxing and... more extravagant week. The view is unbeatable. The bar area with the shuffleboard table is the area everyone gravitates to day or night. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with just about every utensil, pot, or pan you need to make gourmet meals. Lastly, Monterey Rentals (agent Debra Ryll) makes the entire rental process easy and stress free. While we booked for 5 nights, because Monterey County shut down the restaurants, bars, and stores because of the Corona virus, we asked to leave a day early and our last night's fee was promptly credited. If you are thinking of renting this house, do not hesitate. less

Another wonderful stay at Huloma

This was our second stay at this home and once again it did not disappoint. We stayed for a week. The view from every room on the main level is unbeatable. The home was very clean and the furniture was in immaculate condition. The beds... more are comfortable and the bath towels very plush. The kitchen is stocked with just about every cooking utensil, pots and pans, and small appliances that you will need to make anything. During our first stay two years ago we remarked to the rental agent that it would be nice to have lounge chairs for the deck and sure enough, there were two lounge chairs waiting for us when we arrived. We loved staying at Cyprus again. Beautiful place and especially works for us because of its proximity to the golf club. Wonderful house. Stayed a week and wish it could have been longer. How satisfied were we? Rented the place again for next year while we were still there. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, appliances. As a previous reviewer mentioned, evening activity centered around the bar and shuffleboard table. Views from the entire length of the house that cannot be beat. Location convenient to all of the Pebble Beach Resort properties. The only thing missing were some lounge chairs for the deck--I hope that the owner may get some prior to our visit next year, because it would nice to be able to enjoy the view relaxing outside on a lounger. Cypress Point

I have been staying in the Pebble Beach area for 13 years and have rented multiple homes. The Cypress home is perfect for a quiet serene setting with beautiful views of the ocean, Cypress Point golf club and Bird Rock. Coffee on the back deck... more in the morning is memorable. Updated bathrooms, kitchen and cooking supplies is a bonus. Would definitely recommend this home. Do not let Google Maps mislead you, this home is directly on Cypress Point. less

Best view on the coast

Great Group Golf Outing

Our group was celebrating our collective 50th birthdays and this house was the perfect place to catch-up and share lots of camaraderie. The house comfortably slept all 8 of us and it was a spectacular setting. Unobstructed views of the Pacific overlooking Cypress golf course.... more The house had everything we needed and we especially enjoyed the shuffle board table. Unbelieveable Property!

We (10 adults) were in town for a family wedding and rented this beautiful, unique home. We loved the amazing views from every window (golf course, ocean) and the luxurious accommodations. The home is unique in that it has kept some of the 1950's charm... more while upgrading appliances, internet, Tv's, etc to today. Beds were comfortable too! Amazing views

We had a marvelous time and never did get over the views of the ocean that seemed to roll right up to the Cypress trees. The kitchen is fabulous and well equipped. The house is wonderful for entertaining and for two families or groups.

A first rate luxury home

We were fortunate enough to be the second tenants in this home after is was renovated to perfection. The house is simply beautiful, it is a mid century modern home that has been totally updated.
