Stayed at this wonderful hustiric home for 4 nights, after staying at the Monterey Zoo for a couple nights. What a perfect location. Walking distance to the ocean and shops. Had all the amenities we needed and more. Would definitely stay here again.

Tiny House

A cute tiny house in Pacific Grove. Close to downtown, Lovers Point, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, the 17 Mile Drive, and the costal trail. The house was well equipped and everything worked just fine. Highly recommend

Perfect and Peaceful

The house was perfect and within walking distance to the beach and downtown. Everything was super clean and organized. We loved being in a neighborhood as opposed to a hotel and would definitely stay here again!

A NICE SPOT and close to downtown

We found this house, small as it was, to be quite satisfactory for our needs (two of us) and was very relaxing. The Bed was cozy and very comfortable and we slept very well for all nights. The kitchen was well appointed and included a... more nice Tea Pot in which to boil water. The appliances were clean and new looking and the dish towels were quite fresh, fluffy and worked well. There is a nice table and stool set in the kitchen which was perfect to have coffee and read the mail etc. in the morning and the internet was quite fast compared to many hotels. We enjoyed using the living room which was both roomy and intimate at the same time, and relates well to the street and its surroundings with the door open. The house is situated very close to the ocean and just a few blocks to the downtown area and easily walked both ways. We will definitely look at using this property again. less

Very nice not-so-tiny house

This tiny house was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was loaded for everything you would need to cook a full course meal. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and safe. Within walking distance of a really nice breakfast restaurant. Only negative I would say is that a... more small coffee table for the sofa and maybe a small ottoman would be good for the living room. We didn't call the Property Manager's office because everything worked perfectly and had no problems. Liked the electronic lock; made it so easy to come and go without forgetting keys. Will definitely try to reserve this house next trip to PG. less

Cozy Refuge

Great Location

Pacific Grove is a beautiful little town, and because of the location, we were able to walk... more almost everywhere! With only 1-2 blocks to the scenic waterfront walkway, we walked every morning before beginning our day. Positioned within minutes of Pebble Beach, and Carmel…..and also driving down the Pacific Coast Highway and easy access to State Parks/hiking, into the Valleys for wine tasting, this house was a welcomed place to return to each evening. Tiny House

What a great little find. Spent car week at this quiet, cozy small home. At first, we noticed the color of the house had changed to a Navy Blue which made us a little concerned (didn't match the online photo). Once we went inside, we... more were pleasantly surprised on how clean it was and equipped with the basic needs. Hubby loved being able to park his "baby" in the driveway. We enjoyed having a TV in the bedroom, (many rentals don't have one in the bedroom). The only negatives: 1) a very small backyard area, overgrown and not to usable. Maybe clean and set it up better before each guest. 2) Add an ottoman or small coffee table in front of the couch, that would be a plus. Overall, we would rent this location again! less

Great location

This tiny house was not that tiny! It felt quite spacious inside. It is in a great location two blocks from lovers point. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Adorable Cottage

This cottage is just perfect for one or two people. It's in a great location and is VERY clean! The pictures don't do it justice. Coastal Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the “Tiny House” in Pacific Grove.” The location was ideal. Within walking distance to Monterey Bay/Lovers Point & also Lighthouse Ave. (restaurants, shops, etc) The house itself was cute & perfect for 2 people. Some of the things we noticed... more though: 1) The Front SCREEN Door doesn’t close properly. Not sure if the wood is buckled/warped because of the Bay weather? We could never get it to shut or latch it closed. Needs some work to be done on it. 2) Supply at least 1 roll of Paper Towels for guests staying 3 days. We didn’t find any. It’s just good to have a roll in the kitchen. 3) The front door, after putting the door code in, requires a shove to open it. Again, not sure if the weather conditions affect the wood. Make it better

Make this great place even better with these SIMPLE things: 1. hang a full length mirror behind the bedroom door, 2. Put stronger light bulbs in the bedroom lamps for reading, and 3. Supply a tv/cable guide. The Tiny House is charming and comfortable!

The quiet neighborhood and easy walking access to markets, restaurants, and activities made our stay very enjoyable. Nice, quiet, clean little bungalow.

A perfect little house for two people. The home was immaculate when we arrived and had everything you could want for a nice stay. The bed was very comfortable but the living room furniture was a little uncomfortable. I would have liked a better outdoor... more seating area, the back yard was unkept and the furniture was dirty. Tiny House stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Tiny House. We walked pretty much everywhere we went, so the location is perfect. We did wish that there was a thicker blanket or an additional one, it would also be nice to have more than 3 coffee... more cups and 4 small plates to keep from running the dishwasher constantly. I’m an annual visitor to Pacific Grove, and have enjoyed an assortment of rental homes for close to two decades. The Tiny House, where I spent three weeks in February 2020, is now one of my favorites. While the square footage is small, the design... more of the house is bright and airy, and the amenities (including an excellent shower, efficient washer and dryer, a very comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and attractive furnishings) easily meet (and exceed) the expectations of short-term visitors. The location is outstanding, perfectly situated between the recreation path and Pacific Grove’s delightful main street, and offers ready access to the excellent regional transit system. The street is quiet and the neighborhood is welcoming. I look forward to returning to The Tiny House. less

Charming, clean and comfortable!

My husband and I came to California to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice of accommodations for our first time to this area. The location was perfect! We were close to most everything we wanted to see and... more do. We especially were happy to be close to the coastal trail for bike riding. The house was charming, bright, cheery and clean. It had everything we needed. After a long day exploring the area, it was so nice to have such a comfortable place to come back to each day. Return to A Tiny House

Our second visit to A Tiny House, the first being in 2018. Monterey Bay Property Management took good care of us. They corrected a minor issue from the first trip, replacing a falling apart BBQ grill with a nice new version. This is a great... more little place to relax and take in all that Pacific Grove/Carmel/Monterey has to offer. Can't beat the location. The only issues, and not major problems: nicer wine glasses (larger!) would be nice. The glasses provided are serviceable but not great if you are any kind of wine geek. Also, the kitchen knives are very dull .... better to bring your own. I like to cook! Again these are minor issues, nothing that would keep us from coming back. One thing that was a problem was there's a new house being built directly behind A Tiny House. Pounding and power saws began at 8:00 and continued non-stop until 4:00 or 4:30. The weekend was quiet but very noisy on M/TU/WED/THURS. I'm sure this is a temporary problem but it would have been nice to have been told ahead of time about the construction. We might have decided on a different property. Not a deal breaker and we look forward to the next visit. Great little home in a terrific neighborhood. less

The perfect place

The tiny house is located in one of the most beautiful places on earth. Each day I walked down the street to the Pacific and walked to Cannery Row. I stopped to see the seals on the beach. I took pictures to send home to... more friends to share the beauty. And, if you walk the other way on the street you are in the town of Pacific Grove with shops and restaurants to numerous to list. The house itself is just perfect for a couple or a young family. It has everything you need. We used the gas grill almost everyday. A Tiny House is the perfect place to take in the beauty of Pacific Grove and adjoining Asilomar State Beach. Everything is within walking distance: downtown with great restaurants; Lover's Point and path to Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row; and beautiful Asilomar State Beach.... more I never had to get in my car once after I arrived which I loved! Tiny House, Big Heart

We enjoyed our stay at the Tiny House. It was the perfect size for us 2. Location was great for Pacific Grove - just 3 easy walking blocks to the Pacific Grove shopping area, 3 easy blocks to Lovers Point Park area. Driving to the... more Aquarium and Fisherman's Wharf was easy. Walkable also but it would be a walk! The house itself would accommodate more than 2 but I think you would be bumping elbows. We were advised that parking was tight...and they were right. Driveway very small, street narrow. We brought our Rav fortunately and it barely fit! The neighborhood was quiet and very charming. The only negative was the A/C unit...we could not understand how to operate. It ran more than it needed to! Possibly more instructions for the unit would help. Our final day, as we were packing up the car, a deer walked up the street. It was the cherry on top! Would we stay there again - YES. Do we recommend it to others - YES. less

We stayed here for 6 nights, and wish we had discovered this house long ago. Quiet neighborhood, perfect house for two people, everything you need is there. Great little place.....perfect for two. Definitely will visit here again next trip. The kitchen was well stocked (I like to cook) with everything you need. My only complaint was that the house description included a comment that there was a grill. We’ll, there was a... more grill but when I went to open the door to turn on the gas, it fell off in my hand. Only two of the three burners worked so difficult to get the heat high enough to cook anything......good thing we like our burgers on the rare side. Just a minor issue that I’m sure will be addressed. Again, a nice little house close to the water......great for morning runs! Looking forward to the next visit. less

Location Location Location

For a Tiny House, It had all that was needed. The convenience of it's location made for a perfect stay in the great little town of Pacific Grove. My time was scheduled for the Monterey Historic race weekend. There was so much going on that... more it was almost impossible to take in all of the sights and sounds.
